Will Lawrence is the CEO and co-founder of Bretton AI (formerly Greenlite), an AI platform for financial compliance teams. He is based in San Francisco, California. Before starting Bretton AI, Lawrence led product for Facebook’s anti-money laundering (AML) platform, where he worked on combating financial crime across payments, gaming, and e-commerce use cases. At Meta (formerly Facebook), he served as Product Lead for Payments & Machine Learning and previously worked as a Product Manager on WhatsApp Payments & Compliance. Lawrence later joined Paxos as a Product Manager focused on Identity & Compliance, where he built core compliance infrastructure for a fintech platform that powers more than 10 million crypto wallets globally. He holds a Bachelor of International Economics degree from The University of British Columbia.
