- Sara joined Gemini in January 2025 as the Head of Financial Crimes Compliance, overseeing the ongoing design and execution of the AML, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery frameworks. Prior to joining Gemini, Sara spent nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley, holding senior roles across Global Financial Crimes Sanctions Compliance and Screening programs and managing complex investigations. Sara earned a juris doctor degree from New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She resides in New York City.
