Mary Ann Dickson is a Managing Director and Head of Global Markets Client Experience at Bank of America, where she represents the business and its clients in driving a more efficient, consistent, and transparent client experience across Global Markets. Working in close partnership with onboarding, documentation, operations, technology, AML, credit, and legal teams, she helps identify friction points and advocates for practical solutions that meet client expectations while maintaining strong risk and control standards. With experience spanning agreements and documentation, FICC client connectivity, and prime finance legal advisory roles, Mary Ann brings a practitioner’s perspective on how scalable corporate identity data can support more effective KYC and client engagement across products and services.
