Nadia has an international career within Financial Crime working in the UK, Europe, Asia and is now based in the US. She has led multiple Financial Crime remediation programs, strategic technology transformation programs, and worked extensively on processes across Financial Crime Operations. She has a strong technology focus including the use of models, analytics, and AI. Additionally, she has broad payments experience from traditional banking services to Crypto, Digital Currencies, Banking-As-A-Service (BaaS), and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs). She is also strategic and visionary in achieving compliance, cost-management, and great customer experience. She now works for Rabobank as the Global Head of Transaction Monitoring, covering end-to-end, detection-to-alert handling; her former employers include HSBC, Nordea, and the Royal Navy.
