Roger is an executive coach and culture change consultant working in financial services and healthcare. As a chartered engineer, he spent his formative career in the Ministry of Defence managing avionics programmes. He was a founding partner in a change management consultancy for six years and has been involved in major risk transformation programmes in Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays and HSBC. Most recently, he has led the delivery of risk culture change using a novel approach that helped one client win a prestigious industry award for innovation in developing risk capability.
